Exit strategy

Over the years, I learned that it is best to first devise an exit strategy, a plan to come out of a disaster
we are stuck in, be it medicinal or mental, financial or philosophical, than to do pity-partying. We can
later curse the fates or gods or some “xyz” person who caused it but first think of a road map to jump
out of the mess.
Prepare that and later think about the sad story that you want to drown in.
